Account Manager – Retail
A position in our exciting Dropshipzone department has opened due to a recent promotion.
We are looking for an Account Manager to support the planning and implementation of strategies to build Dropshipzone clients’ accounts. As part of the team, you will support clients that run online Marketplaces to prioritise and promote Dropshipzones products and offerings.
By delivering exceptional service to Dropshipzone’s clients and building strong relationships. You will identify issues and deliver the most appropriate solutions.
Working as part of a team, you will contribute innovative ideas and enthusiasm.
The Exciting Role:
• Identify, qualify, acquire, and grow client portfolio.
• Assist with new client registration through Dropshipzone channel.
• Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the products in your clients and use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
• Develop a clear understanding on the concept of Selling on New Aim products along with the features and functionalities.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
• Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the concept of Selling on New Aim product.
• Monitor new orders on DSZ and support customer enquiries based on different business terms and requirements.
• Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically.
• Analyse sales data and make recommendations to category departments.
• Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal team.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.
What You’ll Bring:
• 1-2 years’ working experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of PowerBI, Google Analytics and CMS Platforms (such as Shopify, Magento or similar)
• Tertiary qualification within a Business and/or Commerce, Marketing Discipline.
• This role is on-site 5 days per week.
