You’ll be working closely with the Operations Manager to keep the wheels turning—literally—on a large-scale cropping aggregation. Think modern gear, high-end tech, and a team that values smart, safe, and efficient work.

What we need from you:
🌾 Minimum 2 years’ experience in broadacre grain cropping
🔧 Confidence with the operation and maintenance of machinery and chemical handling
📋 Strong attention to detail (especially with record keeping and WHS)
🗣️ Excellent communication skills – with team, managers, and suppliers
🧠 Leadership skills and a practical, process-driven approach
