We are seeking a commercially focused Warehouse & Distribution Centre Manager to lead
our Brendale DC, with accountability for operational performance today and a clear mandate
to prepare the business for future scale and expansion
This is a senior operational leadership role, suited to a business-minded operator who can
balance day-to-day execution with forward planning, financial discipline, and continuous
improvement.

What You Need
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse or distribution centre management
- Proven success leading and developing teams of 20+ staff
- Strong operational, communication, and problem-solving capability
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Google
- Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Sheets)
- Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or similar (highly regarded)
- Valid LF Forklift Licence (mandatory)
- A hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset
- Candidates must hold a valid LF Forklift Licence to be considered for this position.
- What You’ll Be Doing
As our Warehouse Manager, you will own the day-to-day performance of the Brendale
Distribution Centre, ensuring stock flows safely, efficiently, and on time — every time.
You’ll be part of a high-performing warehouse crew responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end warehouse operations, including online fulfilment, click &
- collect, store replenishment, commercial orders and returns processing
- Building, coaching, and developing a high-performance team through clear
- expectations and strong leadership
- Driving a culture of safety excellence, ensuring compliance with WHS policies and
- procedures
- Managing labour planning, rosters, and productivity to meet operational demand
- Maintaining accurate inventory through cycle counts and stocktakes
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing process improvements to lift efficiency and
- service levels
- Optimising warehouse layout, workflows, and space utilisation
- Manage provided workforce planning and financial budgets
