About the Role:

As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and store performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, engaging, customer-focused service
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right gear
• Achieving individual and store sales targets
• Maintaining store presentation, stock levels and cleanliness
• Operating POS and supporting day-to-day store operations
• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

About You

You’re motivated, confident and ready to grow.

You will ideally bring:

• Previous retail sales experience
• A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn a large product range and systems
• 12V or technical product knowledge (highly regarded, not essential)

Availability requirements:

• Full Time roles: ability to commit to a set roster (including weekend work)
