We are currently looking for a motivated and organised Vehicle Receiver to join our team based at Farrow Road, Campbelltown.
This is a hands-on role where you will play a critical part in ensuring every vehicle is received, inspected, stored, and prepared to the highest standard — ready for delivery to our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Receive and inspect all incoming vehicles
- Identify and report any damage or quality concerns upon arrival
- Accurately enter vehicle details into internal systems
- Process and manage insurance claims for damaged vehicles
- Coordinate vehicle flow with carriers, stock control and pre-delivery teams.
- Organise and manage vehicle storage across multiple locations
- Ensure vehicles are fuelled, securely stored, and maintained in showroom-ready condition
- Assist with vehicle movements between sites and delivery preparation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, proactive attitude with strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable using systems such as TUNE, SAP or similar DMS platforms
- A current NSW Driver’s Licence (essential)
- A strong focus on quality, safety, and customer experience
