Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a qualified Automotive Technician to join our Macarthur BMW Team! The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, work well within a team, and take pride in producing high-quality work.

What you’ll do:

Working in a modern, fully equipped workshop, your responsibilities will include:

• Perform scheduled servicing and general maintenance
• Conducting diagnostic and fault-finding work (based on experience)
• Carrying out warranty and recall repairs
• Completing repairs and recommendations in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
• Maintaining a professional standard of customer service and presentation

What you’ll bring:

• A current Motor Vehicle Tradesperson Certificate (Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ post-trade experience (dealership experience highly regarded)
• Manufacturer-trained background preferred (BMW or similar brands)
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
• Good diagnosis skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A current NSW driver’s licence
• Proven ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
