We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor (trainee or experienced) to join our high-performing team in Lidcombe.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face our customers trust when bringing their vehicles in for service. Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting and advising customers at vehicle check-in
- Preparing repair orders and cost/time estimates
- Arranging loan vehicles
- Liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion
- Providing outstanding customer service from drop-off to pick-up
Who Are You?
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, in automotive service costing, or transferable customer service skills (retail/hospitality/admin)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
- Current NSW driver’s licence
- A genuine passion for customer service and the auto industry
