We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisors (trainee or experienced) to join our high-performing team in either our Toyota OR Volkswagen Service teams in Chullora.
About the Role
- Act as the first point of contact for service customers, delivering a welcoming and professional experience.
- Accurately assess and document customer concerns and vehicle issues.
- Recommend appropriate services and repairs, providing clear and transparent explanations.
- Prepare detailed repair orders and maintain accurate records in the dealership management system.
- Liaise with workshop technicians to coordinate and prioritise repair work.
- Provide timely and proactive updates to customers throughout the service process.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Promote dealership maintenance plans, warranty services, and aftercare options.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer service processes and warranty procedures.
- Support service department operations in achieving daily productivity and efficiency targets.
Hours: 7:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm Saturday (overtime rates)
Who Are You?
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role (preferred)
- Basic automotive knowledge; willingness to learn essential
- Familiarity with dealership/service systems (e.g. TUNE DMS) is an advantage
- Commitment to teamwork, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
- Full Australian working rights
