About the Role

Based at our Chullora site, you’ll be the welcoming voice and face of our business. You’ll receive training and ongoing support to grow your skills alongside an experienced Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy switchboard and direct calls professionally
• Greet all visitors with a warm, customer-focused attitude
• Sort and distribute mail
• Record and maintain accurate data for the Sales team
• Provide general administrative support as required

About You

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Ideally, you will also have:

• Previous experience in a reception or customer service role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications
• A team-first mindset with the ability to self-manage
• Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Great listening skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
