We’re seeking a trainee or qualified pre-delivery fitter to join our Lidcombe team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure every vehicle meets Toyota and dealership quality standards.
- Install vehicle accessories as required, with a variety of tasks each day.
- Complete and maintain vehicle quality control checklists accurately.
- Enter and update vehicle information within dealership systems.
- Coordinate vehicle storage and movements across multiple dealership sites.
- Safely move, park, and refuel vehicles as required.
- Assist with preparing vehicles for customer handover and delivery.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment while adhering to WHS procedures.
What you’ll bring:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer skills; experience with dealership systems is a bonus.
- A current NSW Driver Licence.
Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not required — full training is provided.
