We’re on the search for a motivated and experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead and actively contribute to the success of our New Vehicle Department. This is a hands-on role, where you’ll be leading from the front and driving sales on the showroom floor – engaging with customers, and setting the standard for performance. This is a unique opportunity to lead within the Volkswagen brand while working in close collaboration with the Noble Toyota team, located within the same automotive precinct.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the entire buying process
- Meet and exceed sales targets, by identifying and closing sales opportunities
- Conduct product presentations and test drives with potential customers
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of VW products, services and financing options
- Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks associated with the sales process
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required
- Contribute to a positive team culture and work collaboratively with other departments
About You:
- Previous experience in an automotive leadership role
- A genuine passion for Volkswagen and the luxury vehicle market
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong work ethic with a results-driven mindset
- Current and valid driver’s licence
- Highly motivated with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
