Group Marketing Manager – 4K Automotive Group

We’re now looking for a Group Marketing & Customer Experience Manager to lead our marketing function across the entire group. This role will primarily be based at our Gregory Hills site, with travel required across our other locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and execute group-wide marketing strategy
• Drive digital performance across web, SEO, paid media, and CRM
• Manage and optimise lead generation across all dealerships
• Drive continuous improvement in customer experience outcomes by analysing feedback, identifying trends, and implementing initiatives that enhance satisfaction, retention, and loyalty across the group.
• Lead and develop a multi-site marketing team
• Partner with OEMs such Toyota, Volkswagen, BMW, Hyundai and Kia and external agencies
• Analyse performance and drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (automotive experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or extensive experience in Marketing
• Strong digital marketing and data-driven mindset
• Experience managing teams across multiple sites
• Commercially savvy with a focus on ROI and performance
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
