We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our AVIS Rental operations across Revesby, Campbelltown, and Hurstville. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading teams, ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of our branches while delivering on financial, operational, and customer service targets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee multi-site branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and service excellence
  • Manage fleet availability, utilisation, and coordination across rental, returns, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Drive revenue growth through pricing, upselling, and utilisation strategies
  • Monitor P&L performance, budgets, and cost controls to maximise profitability
  • Analyse key metrics (RPD, utilisation, damage costs) to identify improvements and reduce waste
  • Maintain high customer service standards, handling escalations and driving continuous improvement through feedback and NPS
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across multiple locations
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Manage workforce planning to align labour with demand
  • Manage established and build new relationships with Corporate and Government account holders

About You

  • Proven experience in a senior operations or general management role (automotive, rentals, or similar industry preferred)
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Valid NSW Drivers Licence
