What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our Sales Team, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining post-delivery customer service to ensure long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
  • Providing outstanding customer service by exceeding customers’ expectations with personalised advice and tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrating superior product knowledge of BMW’s luxury vehicle range.
  • Generating new business through proactive engagement, including follow-ups and staying ahead of market trends.
