Customer Loyalty Consultant (with Reception Support)

Are you a people-focused professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a Customer Loyalty Consultant to join our team at Gregory Hills and play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and seamless sales support.

You will also provide backup reception support when required, helping create a welcoming and professional dealership experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and action leads from internal channels
  • Proactively contact customers to drive engagement and secure appointments
  • Maintain ownership of leads within the CRM system until progressed
  • Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality customer interactions
  • Build strong relationships to support repeat business and loyalty
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the Sales Team
  • Ensure all customer data is accurate and up to date in the CRM
  • Support a seamless transition from enquiry to sales process
  • Contribute to improving conversion rates and customer experience
  • Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area
  • Assist with general administrative tasks

About You:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or automotive sales support (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. REVnext or similar) is advantageous
  • Ability to multitask and adapt between customer engagement and reception duties
