About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, customer-first Customer Assistance Consultant to join our friendly team based in Lidcombe. A full-time position, Monday to Friday. You’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers – helping with service bookings, general enquiries, and recall arrangements. Every interaction you have will help make car ownership a breeze!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to online enquiries with a smile
  • Schedule maintenance, repairs, and recall appointments
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance for sales and service questions
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure they stay safe and on the road

About You

  • You have a clear and engaging phone manner that leaves a lasting impression.
  • You’re a people person who genuinely enjoys helping others.
  • You’re detail-oriented and thrive on following structured processes.
  • You perform at your best in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
  • You have experience working with KPIs and achieving targets.
  • Experience with Dealer Management Systems (TUNE) and manufacturer portals is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Automotive experience (especially with Toyota, Kia, or Hyundai) will help you hit the ground running.
