😎What You’ll Be Doing:

🎯 Recruitment

  • Manage large scale hiring across operational roles, owning the full cycle from sourcing to offer.
  • Guide candidates and stakeholders through an efficient, well-structured interview process.
  • Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, interviewees & candidates throughout the process.
  • Create a wonderful candidate experience through clear, friendly, and timely communication.
  • Keep our recruitment systems organised and up-to-date, making sure no detail slips through the cracks.
  • Balance the nuances of hiring for a start-up environment, ensuring candidates understand the pace and flexibility required.
  • Proactively identify and engage top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline for key roles.
  • Shortlist and schedule interviews for successful candidates, making sure we have the right people in the right roles.
  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships across teams and a foundation of trust amongst stakeholders.

🤝 Onboarding Coordination

  • Bringing our onboarding strategy to life by facilitating IT and tool setup, to ensuring that new team members have everything they need to thrive from day one.
  • Ensure compliance checks (e.g., Right to Work, DBS, professional registrations) are completed efficiently, minimising delays.
  • Support new team members as their dedicated guide through the onboarding journey, making sure they feel supported every step of the way!
  • Work closely with our People Team, ensuring that our new starters have a positive experience from day one!

🌟 General Process Enhancement

  • Keep our ATS system accurate and organised with your keen eye for detail.
  • Share your creative ideas to make our onboarding and recruitment processes even better!
  • Work closely with our Head of Talent and Talent Team Lead to support various team initiatives and projects.

🚀To thrive in this role you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Recruiting, Talent or People/HR role in a start-up, scale-up or health tech environment.
  • Proficiency using ATS and HR systems (we use Employment Hero).
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet goals.
  • Solid coordination experience, especially with scheduling, compliance, and onboarding.
  • Great organisational skills and have good attention to detail.
  • To be a confident and natural communicator who enjoys creating an engaged work environment.
  • You’re proactive, resourceful and work at pace.
  • You’re open and approachable with a people first attitude.

Bonus (Not Essential)

  • Experience in healthcare recruitment
  • Understanding of compliance checks in hiring and HR.
  • Proficiency using other SaaS tools like Slack, Front, Notion and Airtable.
