The Opportunity
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Conference Operations Team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting the successful planning and delivery of conferences and events that inspire connection and deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.
You’ll be hands-on with event logistics, administration, and client engagement, ensuring every detail is executed to perfection. This is a full-time position available in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth, with flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing administration activities such as updating databases, sourcing quotes, drafting project plans, and event schedules Building strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business Preparing meeting agendas and action notes for client meetings Supporting the development and implementation of conference strategies to maximise delegate engagement Compiling project reports and assisting with budget tracking Researching new suppliers, venues, and industry trends to enhance event delivery Collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous improvementActing as venue liaison to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an event management support role Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to use initiative and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office; experience with EventsAIR, Salesforce, or similar platforms is desirableWhy Join Arinex?
