Summary
We’re looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team supporting clients in Echuca and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities (depending on individual client needs)
- Assist with daily activities like cleaning, preparing for appointments, meal preparation, bathing, dressing etc
- Provide support and companionship through activities and day to day living
- Help with mobility and transportation needs
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Support in implement individualised care plans tailored to the client.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members.
- Ensure accurate records and documentation are recorded.
Essentials
- Current NDIS worker screening (or willing to obtain).
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
- Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Requirements
- Certification in disability support or related field
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities including behaviours of concerns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of disability rights and advocacy
