Business Development Manager – Disability Services | Yarrawonga
Empower participants. Support families. Grow with purpose.
Providing All Living Support (PALS) is expanding across Northern Victoria, and we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager who brings energy, focus, and heart to every opportunity — knowing that growth means more people getting the support they deserve.
At PALS, each enquiry begins with someone ready to take the next step — a person, a family, an outcome — and we’re here to help make it happen. Your role is to make that connection at the right time, in the right way.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll drive growth that makes a difference — for participants, families, and the organisation.
- Champion PALS’ mission by connecting people with services that change lives.
- Lead initiatives that expand awareness and strengthen our community presence.
- Manage the full onboarding process from enquiry to signed agreement.
- Represent PALS with credibility and enthusiasm at events and regional activities.
- Work with the CEO and leadership team to achieve growth goals and deliver a quality participant experience.
Every successful connection you create improves someone’s day to day life — and that’s something to be proud of.
Who You Are
You’re driven by outcomes that matter. You know how to start conversations, build trust quickly, and turn relationships into results.
You’ll bring:
- A proven record in business development or growth roles (NDIS, health, or community sector preferred).
- Strong commercial instincts, empathy, and clear communication.
- The confidence to lead conversations and close opportunities with purpose.
- Integrity, reliability, and the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
You’re a strategic connector — someone who builds trust and turns opportunity into tangible outcomes.
Why Join PALS?
At PALS, growth and impact go hand in hand. We believe that supporting more participants means empowering more families to thrive in their own communities.
- Purpose and performance: Every partnership you form helps someone achieve independence and stability.
- High autonomy: Bring your ideas to life and see your work make a visible difference.
- Career with substance: SCHADS Level 6 remuneration, salary packaging, and professional growth opportunities.
- Culture with care: Join a values based organisation where integrity and accountability matter.
- Momentum: Be part of an exciting growth phase where your work directly shapes the next chapter for participants across Northern Victoria.
This is a sales and engagement role with purpose — built for someone who wants results that genuinely count.
