What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales targets
• Drive store performance across sales, KPIs, and product sell-through
• Oversee all store operations including inventory, stock management, visual merchandising, and presentation standards
• Manage rosters, wage control, and team productivity
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Build strong relationships within the local community, brand partners, and ambassadors
• Lead by example as a hands-on, energetic, and inspiring presence on the shop floor

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in retail leadership, either as a Store Manager or a strong Assistant Store Manager/2IC ready to step up
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving KPIs
• Strong operational capability across rostering, wage management, inventory, and visual merchandising
• A genuine passion for fitness, premium performance apparel, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Natural leadership skills with a positive, collaborative, and high-energy approach
