We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Shipping Coordinator to join our Logistics team.

Working closely with factory shipping teams, freight forwarders, warehouse partners, and internal teams, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating international shipments, maintaining supply chain visibility, and supporting the successful delivery of products across our global network.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate international shipments end-to-end, ensuring products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Build strong relationships with factories, freight forwarders, carriers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to support seamless supply chain operations.
- Monitor shipment progress, proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and communicating updates to key stakeholders.
- Ensure all shipping documentation, packing lists, customs requirements, and shipment records are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage shipment bookings, goods receipts, invoicing, and purchase order reconciliation across systems including NetSuite and AP21.
- Maintain accurate shipment tracking and documentation records across internal platforms and reporting tools.
- Analyse transport options to identify the most cost-effective and efficient shipping solutions.
- Support distributor seasonal planning, warehouse operations, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Production, Merch Planning, Sales, DTC, and Logistics teams to deliver a consistent global customer experience.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in international shipping or global logistics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across global teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving capabilities and high attention to detail.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite (preferred) and proficiency across
- Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting data and identifying trends.
- The ability to work autonomously while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and process optimisation.
