We’re Hiring: Learning and Development Lead at 2XU!

This is one of the most exciting opportunities we’ve launched at 2XU.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Learning & Development Lead to build our L&D function from the ground up – shaping how we train, develop and grow our teams globally across Retail, Warehouse and Head Office.

This role will play a critical part in building leadership capability, elevating product knowledge, driving onboarding and compliance, and creating learning experiences that genuinely impact performance, retention and culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and lead 2XU’s Learning & Development function from the ground up
  • Create engaging onboarding, product knowledge and leadership programs across Retail, Warehouse and Head Office
  • Partner with Retail, Product and HR leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver impactful learning solutions
  • Develop scalable training frameworks, tools and learning pathways to support business growth
  • Drive leadership capability through coaching, development programs and practical leadership training
  • Own compliance training, ensuring learning records, completion rates and reporting remain audit-ready
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback, engagement and business outcomes

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, Training or People Development roles
  • Experience building or significantly evolving an L&D function or framework
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams at all levels
  • Experience within retail, multi-site or fast-paced consumer businesses
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to connect learning outcomes to business performance
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution
  • Experience designing blended learning solutions across in-person, digital and on-the-job training
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Passion for people development, leadership capability and building high-performance cultures
  • Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools highly regarded
