We’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing function and help shape the next phase of growth for the brand.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can combine strategy with execution, lead with pace and discipline, and build a world-class marketing engine across brand, campaigns, athlete partnerships, community, retail, wholesale and eCommerce.
What You’ll do
Global Marketing Strategy & Planning
Set and lead the global marketing strategy aligned to business priorities and growth opportunities across all markets. This includes building integrated plans with our internal teams, while creating clear messaging and campaign priorities. You will balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial outcomes and ensure consistency across every market.
Global Calendar & Campaign Leadership
Own the global marketing calendar across all channels and regions, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and on brand. From briefing and rollout through to post-campaign reviews, you will lead end-to-end campaign delivery and create the toolkits, launch packs and localisation frameworks needed for regions and distributor markets to execute successfully
Athlete & Community Leadership
Lead athlete, ambassador and partnership strategies that strengthen both brand credibility and commercial performance. This includes building stronger community programs, retail activations, events and partnerships, while ensuring athlete and community initiatives are integrated into the broader marketing calendar.
Commercial Performance & Team Leadership
Own the marketing budget, campaign performance and ROI, with a strong focus on traffic, conversion, AOV, ROAS, engagement and wholesale execution. You will also lead, coach and develop a high-performing marketing team and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability and execution excellence.
What You’ll Bring
- 10 – 15+ years’ experience across brand, campaign and commercial marketing
- Proven experience leading global or multi-market marketing functions
- Strong experience owning end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple channels
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of marketing performance metrics
- Exceptional project management and operational discipline
- Experience in sports, performance, fashion or apparel brands will be highly regarded
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- A hands-on mindset with a bias for action, accountability and delivery
