Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated School Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team at 2easy Cleaning & Gardening. This leadership role is responsible for leading a dedicated team across school sites and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 5 school cleaners, providing guidance, support, and accountability.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership within our company and directly with school representatives.
  • Ensure all work is performed in line with Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements and industry standards.
  • Facilitate training and upskilling for your team to maintain consistent quality.
  • Conduct quality checks and drive continuous improvement.
  • Bring a positive, go-getter attitude and the ability to work at pace in a dynamic environment.

About You:

  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in cleaning, facilities management, or a related industry.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership or supervisory experience required.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt under pressure.
  • Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Working With Children Check must be obtained before starting.
  • Role Requirements:

    • Availability to work between 4:00pm and 9:00pm through the school terms 5 days a week, with flexibility to meet school schedules and operational needs.
    • Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
