The Role

AltX Financial Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the Group’s marketing operations. This role plays a crucial part in delivering marketing collateral, coordinating events and sponsorships, tracking campaign performance, and collaborating closely with our sales and digital teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Collateral & Content Production

• Oversee the production of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and sales support materials for AltX Financial Group and its subsidiaries.

• Coordinate with external designers, printers, and suppliers to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.

• Assist in drafting compelling copy for campaigns, eDMs, and promotional materials tailored to financial services audiences.

Event & Sponsorship Coordination

• Plan and execute client and industry events, webinars, and sponsorship activities aligned with AltX’s brand and strategic objectives.

• Manage event logistics, control budgets, and handle post-event analysis and follow-up communications.

• Campaign Reporting & Administration

• Monitor marketing campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimisation.

• Support the marketing budget process, including tracking expenses and processing supplier invoices accurately.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with the team on campaign assets, social media content, and digital advertising campaigns.

• Partner with the sales teams to ensure marketing efforts effectively support business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in marketing support, ideally within financial services.

• Strong organisational and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.

• Experience liaising with external suppliers and managing budgets.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with digital marketing tools including Canva and Figma.

• A collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and under tight deadlines.
