The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support our New South Wales Operations Team.

In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers to supervise and coordinate onsite project works and events, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance, managing site activities and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate onsite project works and events
  • Ensure all installations meet compliance and quality standards
  • Adhere to and enforce WHS policies and procedures
  • Lead onsite safety practices, including toolbox talks and OH&S management
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers and internal teams
  • Resolve onsite issues relating to installations, stock and documentation
  • Conduct site counts and manage stock discrepancies
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and hire teams to ensure stock availability
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and site performance
  • Assist with installation and maintenance of SiteCam products

About You

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
  • Construction industry experience with strong installation knowledge
  • Confident leading toolbox talks and managing site safety compliance
  • Solid understanding of WHS requirements and procedures
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional presentation and approach
  • Current driver’s licence (required)
  • Forklift and MR truck licence (desirable)
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Projects delivered to customer requirements
  • Projects completed on time and within budget
  • Compliance with installation standards
  • Safety performance and incident management
