Reporting to the GM Finance We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and HR Senior Administrator to join our corporate team in Queenstown.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. This role is also to manage the administration of the company’s newly implemented HRIS platform working closely with our HR and business support teams to ensure its on-going development in line with agreed HR procedures.

The role will work closely with the HR to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time
Maintain accurate records of employee hours, wages, and deductions
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data
Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data and work flows are followed.
Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations
Document and maintain operating procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
2+ years of experience in payroll processing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Knowledge of payroll software and systems
Experience in working on integrated HR and Payroll modules a bonus
