We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our growing crew. If you’ve got exceptional client service skills, a sharp eye for detail, and love handling a variety of tasks, we want you!

What You’ll Be Rocking:

🚀 Portfolio Guru: Manage and nurture a portfolio of Agribusiness, Business, and Domestic clients.

🌟 Growth Champion: Dive into an industry you’re passionate about with all the support you need to grow.

🏆 Service Superstar: Deliver exceptional, tailored service and build strong client relationships.

As our Account Executive, you’ll take the reins on managing an existing client portfolio, focusing on deepening relationships and driving profitable growth. Your mission? To make every client feel like a VIP!

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

🎓 Qualifications: Industry experience in insurance, agriculture, or business-related fields. Tier 1 or Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking) or eager to get it.

🌾 Expertise: Solid understanding of business and farm management practices with a proven track record in managing and growing a client base.

🧠 Tech Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office, INSIGHT or other broking platforms is a plus.

🗣️ Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.

🧩 Skills: Excellent client service, organizational prowess, and attention to detail.

💡 Energy: Approaching tasks and interactions with energy and eagerness, which can be contagious and inspire others around you.

😂 Personality: Using laughter and light-heartedness to manage stress and connect with others in a fun and engaging way.
