Job Summary

• Working in a dynamic team within the Brisbane office of Trilogy Funds Management, the Investor Relations Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks which include applications, redemptions, change of details and any other queries are completed daily and within the timeframes of our service level agreements. Their role will also require providing excellent service via the phone and emails to investors, advisers and other relevant stakeholders.

• The Investor Relations Officer role is an ideal introduction to property and funds management; as the main point of contact for our investors, the team is required to liase regularly with all other teams within the business and this consequently provides significant exposure to the various aspects of the industry.

• An ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, be confident in engaging with stakeholders on the phone and work well within a team environment. Experience in a client service role is also preferred, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Ensuring that all administrative tasks including applications, change of details, redemptions, transfers and Deceased Estates are completed in a timely manner

• Providing ongoing client support for investors

• Responding to all queries received from investors either by phone or email in a timely manner

• Communicating with external clients and various stakeholders across the business in a professional manner

• Maintaining a good understanding of:

o all products and ensure that you keep updated with relevant information for each fund

o all regulatory requirements impacting Investor Relations and ensure that all Trilogy Funds policies and procedures are followed accordingly

o of the risk framework, ensuring any issues are raised to management as soon as possible

• Supporting change management across the team and strive for continuous process improvements
