Title: Senior CPQ & Billing Solution Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you are an experienced Salesforce professional with extensive expertise in implementing intricate solutions and achieving successful customer outcomes. You provide strategic guidance, technical leadership, and mentorship to the implementation team. Your role involves comprehending clients’ business objectives, designing comprehensive Salesforce architectures, and leading large-scale implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, assisting them in their professional growth and development.
  • Lead and manage complex projects, overseeing the entire implementation process from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and other senior stakeholders to align the Revenue Cloud solution with the overall enterprise architecture and strategic goals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Revenue Cloud and revenue management best practices, staying updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Play a key role in business development activities, such as identifying new opportunities, participating in sales meetings, and contributing to proposal development.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, with a focus on complex solution design and delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer certifications are required.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator, Technical Architect, or Integration Architecture Designer, are highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
