We help across the full employee lifecycle. That includes employment contracts and award interpretation, payroll compliance, workforce management setup, HR policy development and training, onboarding, performance and development, restructures and redundancies, and workplace investigations led by an experienced investigator.

For Employment Hero users, we work alongside your platform. We write the policies you load into it, build the contract templates and onboarding workflows behind it, and make sure your award classifications, pay rates and entitlements hold up. We also support the managers who use it day to day, coaching them through difficult conversations, performance issues and the decisions that carry risk.

Our team includes qualified and experienced specialists and HR generalists, with postgraduate HR qualifications and our Director has a seat on the AHRI WA State Council.
