About the Promotion

1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) (Employment Hero).

2. On your first or fifth InstaPay Now transaction, you can make your transaction, up to a value of $250, without having to pay the service fee (Promotion).

3. This Promotion applies from 00:00 AM Tuesday, 18th June 2024 to 11:59 PM Monday, 12th August 2024 (Promotion Period).

Who can enter?

4. The Promotion is open to all Employment Hero customers who are new users of InstaPay Now during the Promotion Period.

How to qualify for the Promotion?

5. To qualify for the Promotion, you must be a new user of InstaPay Now. You must also have either no existing transactions or make 4 successful InstaPay Now transactions within the Promotion Period. The transactions must have a service fee that is greater than $0.

When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?

6. Within 7 days after you meet the condition in clause 5, you will be allocated a free service fee transaction.

7. No service fee will be payable on the first or fifth transaction, or if the service fee is charged, a refund of the service fee will be given to you within 14 days of the transaction. If the value of this transaction is greater than $250, then the service fee will be reduced by the amount that would be charged on a $250 transaction. For example, if your fifth transaction has a value of $800, you will only pay the service fee that would apply to a $550 transaction.

8. Your right to make a free InstaPay Now transaction will expire at the end of this promotion period mentioned in clause 3.

Restrictions

9. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.

11. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.

General Terms

12. Usage charges for SMS and pension processing are not included in the Promotion Period.

13. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.

14. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.

15. Laws may apply to you or to Employment Hero as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

16. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.

17. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
