About the Promotion

1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) (Employment Hero, we, us, our).

2. All new direct Employment Hero Eligible New Customers are eligible for 6 months free Employment OS Lite, Plus or Unlimited (the “Promotion”).

3. The Promotion will run from 12:01am Tuesday 25th March 2025 to 11:59 PM Friday 2nd May (Promotion Period).

Who can enter?

4. The Promotion is open to all new Employment Hero Eligible New Customers who were specifically sent this deal by one of our sales team members during the Promotion Period.

How to enter and qualify for the Promotion?

5. To enter and qualify for the Promotion, you must:

• Be a new customer (have no existing Employment Hero subscriptions and must not have been an Employment Hero customer in the last 12 months)
• Receive this Promotion directly via email from one of our sales specialists;
• Sign a contract with a minimum term of 12 months within the relevant Promotion Period, which includes:
  • a paid Lite, Plus or Unlimited Employment OS subscription to receive the free benefit of Promotion.
• Provide and authorise use of your direct debit details within 7 days of signing your contract; and
• Be a business registered in Australia,
  (together, Eligible New Customer).

How to enter the Promotion?

6. To enter this Promotion, you must reply back to the Employment Hero sales specialist who sent you the Promotion and book and sit a demo with them.

When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?

7. The Promotion will apply for the duration stated under the Promotions definition, after which the pricing will revert to the product Recommended Retail Price, as displayed on our Pricing Page.

Restrictions

8. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above. You must not forward this Promotion to any other business or customer.

10. Any personal data provided by an individual when participating in this Promotion is handled in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.

General Terms

11. Minimum subscription costs, usage charges, and implementation fees may apply. See Pricing Page for more detail on minimum subscription costs.

12. Usage charges for SMS, awards, P11D and super/pension processing are not included in the Promotion Period.

13. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.

14. We reserve the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at our absolute discretion.

15. Laws may apply to an Eligible Participant or to Employment Hero as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

16. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.

17. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
