Qualifying Customers
About the Promotion
HR Platinum Upgrade Promotion:
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) (Employment Hero, we, us, our).
2. All qualifying direct Employment Hero customers with a HR Standard or HR Premium subscription are eligible for an upgrade to a HR Platinum subscription at no additional cost for the first 3 months (the “Promotion”).
3. Promotion applies from 00:00 AM 1st March 2025 to 11:59 PM 31st March 2025 (AEDT) (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
4. The Promotion is open to all qualifying Employment Hero customers during the Promotion Period.
How to enter and qualify for the Promotion?
5. To enter and qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- Be an existing customer (and have been an Employment Hero customer for the last 12 months) and;
- Upgrade your HR Standard or HR Premium plan to HR Platinum during the Promotion Period;
- Provide and authorise use of your direct debit details within 7 days of signing your upgraded customer agreement; and
- Be a business registered in Australia.
When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?
6. The Promotion will apply for the duration stated under the Promotion definition. After this period, the pricing will revert to the pricing schedule specified in the Customer Agreement.
Restrictions
7. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.
8. You will not be eligible for the relevant benefit for products or services if you have previously or currently purchased a HR Premium plan.

10. Any personal data provided by an individual when participating in this Promotion is handled in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
General Terms
11. Minimum HR and Payroll subscription costs apply. See Pricing Page for more detail on minimum subscription costs.
12. Usage charges for SMS, awards, P11D and super/pension processing are not included in the Promotion Period.
13. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
14. We reserve the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at our absolute discretion.
15. Laws may apply to an Eligible Participant or to Employment Hero as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
16. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
17. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
