Promotion terms and conditions for new UK customers to get 1 year free on an Employment Unlimited plan
Welcome to the Employment Unlimited New Customer + Case Study Promotion offered by Employment Hero (UK) Ltd (Employment Hero).
The terms and conditions of this Promotion are set out below. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the other terms and conditions that apply to you as our customer, including the Platform Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion
1. By signing up to an Employment Unlimited plan during the Promotion Period, you will have the opportunity to get up to 1 year free on your subscription. We will randomly select up to 5 customers from the first 100 Qualified Customers, and if you are selected, you will need to agree to provide a Case Study about your experience as our customer to qualify for the Promotion. The cumulative period of free services that you can claim across all promotions is no more than 1 year.
2. This Promotion will begin at 12:00am (BST), on 24 July 2024, and continue until 11:59pm (BST), on 30 September 2024 (Promotion Period).
Who is eligible to enter the Promotion?
3. To qualify for the opportunity under this Promotion, you must:
- be a new customer (have no existing Employment Hero subscriptions and must not have been an Employment Hero customer in the last 12 months);
- sign a customer agreement for an Employment Unlimited plan with a minimum term of at least 24 months;
- provide and authorise valid payment details for the plan; and
- be a registered business in the United Kingdom.

Claiming the free year of an Employment Unlimited plan
4. We will randomly select up to 5 Qualified Customers from the first 100 Qualified Customers and offer them the opportunity to receive up to 1 year free on their Employment Unlimited plan.
5. If you are selected, you will only be eligible to claim the Promotion if you agree to provide us with a Case Study about your experience as our customer. This Case Study will need to be provided within 6 months of you agreeing to provide it to us.
6. If you do not satisfy the conditions under clause 5, we may offer this opportunity to another Qualified Customer.
When does the free period apply?
7. Your free period of the Employment Unlimited plan will begin from the billing cycle that takes place after the date on which you agree to provide the Case Study, and it will end once the free period lapses. At the end of this free period, we will apply our standard pricing for your plan.
Use of this Promotion in conjunction with other offers and promotions
8. The Promotion can be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions provided to you by us for discounted or free subscriptions.
Restriction – Your cumulative period of free services will be no longer than 1 year
9. If you have or are already receiving a free period through a different promotion on your subscription plan, and you are eligible to claim this Promotion, then the cumulative free period on your subscription that you can claim across all promotions is 1 year.
What is included in the Case Study?
10. If you agree to participate in a Case Study, you will need to provide us with a written and/or video testimonial of your experience being an Employment Hero customer. This Case Study may include a recording of a session you have with us over a video call, which will be available to us for use in our marketing and promotions.
11. By providing the Case Study, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide right and licence to use the Case Study for our promotional, marketing, and other business purposes. This includes the right to use your name, brand, logo, voice, likeness, and any other identifying information provided in connection with the Case Study.
Failure to provide a Case Study
12. If you fail to provide the required Case Study, we reserve the right to apply our standard pricing for the Employment Unlimited plan to your account. This pricing may apply from the date of signing your customer agreement.
Other Terms and Conditions that apply
13. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions apply to your engagement with us and use of our products and services.
14. The Employment Hero Privacy Policy applies to the processing of any personal data in connection with this Promotion.
General Terms
15. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
16. We reserve the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion provided that the termination takes place before you satisfy all the conditions of the Promotion.
17. Laws of your specific region may apply to you or to us. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
18. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
19. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
