About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero NZ Ltd and its affiliates (Employment Hero).
2. Get 6 months free on your Employment Unlimited subscription plan by:
- being one of the first 10 New Zealand based customers to subscribe to our new Employment Unlimited plan: and
- providing us with a Case Study about your experience as our customer and get 6 months free on your subscription.

How to qualify for the Promotion?
3. To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- be a new Employment Hero customer who subscribes to an Employment Unlimited plan with a minimum contract term of 24 months (you must not have been an Employment Hero customer within the 12 months prior to signing the contract for the Employment Unlimited subscription);
- be one of the first 10 customers in New Zealand to subscribe to an Employment Unlimited plan;
- provide us with a written and/or video testimonial about your experience as our customer (Case Study) within 6 months from the date of signing your contract for the Employment Unlimited plan;
- provide and authorise valid payment details for the plan; and
- be a registered business in New Zealand.
When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?
4. Your free period will apply from date of signing your customer agreement with us.
What is included in the Case Study?
5. If you agree to participate in a Case Study, you will need to provide us with a written and/or video testimonial of your experience being an Employment Hero customer. This Case Study may include a recording of a session you have with us over a video call, which will be available to us for use in our marketing and promotions.
6. By providing the Case Study, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide right and licence to use the Case Study for our promotional, marketing, and other business purposes. This includes the right to use your name, brand, logo, voice, likeness, and any other identifying information provided in connection with the Case Study.
Failure to provide a Case Study
7. If you fail to provide the required Case Study, we reserve the right to apply our standard pricing for the Employment Unlimited plan to your account. This pricing may apply from the date of signing your customer agreement and you will need to pay the resulting outstanding amount.
Restrictions
8. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by us. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.
Other Terms and Conditions that apply
9. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions apply.
10. Customers receiving Implementations services in connection with any products or services will be subject to the relevant Implementations Terms and Conditions.
11. Any personal data provided by an individual when participating in this Promotion is handled in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
General Terms

13. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
14. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
15. Laws may apply to an Eligible Participant or to Employment Hero as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
16. If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
17. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
