To qualify for this offer, you must:
- Sign up to a paid Premium or Platinum HR and/or Standard or Premium Payroll subscription plan for a minimum 12 month contract Term on or before 27 May 2022;
- Be a new customer eg Not have been an Employment Hero customer (whether for HR or Payroll) within the past 12 months;
- Be a registered business in Singapore, and,
- Provide and authorise the use of your payment details within 7 days of signing your contract
Terms and Conditions
The free period for subscription fees begins from the date you sign your contract with us. Sign in April and Subscription fees will commence for the month of August 2022, but will not be payable until September 2022. Sign in May and Subscription fees will commence for the month of September 2022, but will not be payable until October 2022. Implementation fees are billed upfront.
Minimum Implementation fees apply. Minimum HR and Payroll subscription costs apply. See the pricing page for more detail on minimum subscription costs.
Usage charges for SMS and Superannuation processing are not included in the free period. See Payroll Terms and Conditions for more information on payment obligations for using these services
Discounts are not transferable to any other products. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Employment Hero reserves its rights to terminate the Offer early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these Terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Severability: If any part or provision of these Terms is invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on the parties.

- Be a registered business in Malaysia.
