G2 Video Review Competition Terms and Conditions
1 September 2022 – 31 March 2023
Overview
1. This Competition is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (EH) to customers and requires the completion of a G2 video review of EH (Review) to gain entry into the random draw to win a $1000 GiftPay e-gift card (the Competition).
2. Participating in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms. Information explaining how to participate is part of these terms and applicable EH policies and general terms and conditions apply.
3. The Competition will be conducted for the period of 1 September 2022 to 31 March 2023 (Competition Period).
4. EH reserves its rights to defer and/or terminate the Competition or the Competition Period early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
Who can Enter?
5. The Competition is open to existing EH customers during the Competition Period (Participants).
How to Enter
6. To enter, Participants need to complete a video review of EH on G2’s website to be eligible to participate in the Competition using the following link: https://www.videoask.com/fh32v0tku#camp=SROemployment-hero
7. Participants who complete a video review of EH on G2’s website will be automatically granted entry to the Competition. Only one entry applies per submission, completing multiple video reviews of EH will not grant a greater chance of winning or additional entries.
8. This is a game of chance. EH will draw the winner at random within 60 days of the end date of the Competition (the Winner). We may defer announcing Winner at our absolute discretion.
9. There will be 1 Winner entitled to one prize.
Prize for the Winners

11. Winner will be notified by email once the draw is completed.
12. GiftPay voucher will be emailed to the Winner’s nominated email within 14 days of EH announcing the Winner.
13. Prize must be taken as is, and cannot be converted to cash.
14. The Winner is responsible for redeeming the voucher before the expiration date and should be aware that tax implications may arise as a result of claiming the prize. Please be aware of GiftPay’s terms and conditions, available at: https://www.giftpay.com.au/egift/info.aspx
15. If EH is unable to contact the Winner within 30 days of the draw and they have made every effort to contact them with the information provided by the Participant then EH will complete a secondary draw.
16. All entries become the property of EH who may use the entrant’s names and video reviews for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.
General
17. EH collects personal information in connection with this Competition. EH may, for the purpose of conducting this Competition, use this information or disclose such information as necessary to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to regulatory agencies. Participation is conditional on providing this information.
18. Personal information EH collects in connection with this Competition is managed in accordance with its Privacy Policy
19. EH reserves the right to:
(a) disqualify any Eligible Participant that submits an incomplete or misdirected Submission; and
(b) withhold the Reward or disqualify any Eligible Participant for failing to comply with these terms or EH policies or both.
20. EH’s decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is incapable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason, including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, EH may at its absolute discretion change its terms or cancel the Competition.
Liability
22. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, EH (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in in connection with this Competition,, including any:
(a) technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under EH’s control);
(b) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after EH receipts it) due to any reason beyond EH’s reasonable control;
(d) variation in Price value to that stated in these terms and,
(e) tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.
23. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
