1. About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) (Employment Hero).
2. As set out in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion provides the opportunity for an Eligible Participant to receive a Reward (Promotion).
3. This Promotion will take place from 12:00 am AEST 26 June 2023 to 11:59 pm AEST 30 September 2023 (Promotion Period).
2. Who can enter?
1. Any new Employment Hero customers who sign-up and launch their account on the Employment Hero platform during the Promotion Period. (Eligible Participant).
3. How to enter?
1. To enter this Promotion, you must:
1.1 Sign-up to a paid Employment Hero HR plan within the Promotion Period as a new customer (have no existing Employment Hero subscriptions and must not have been an Employment Hero customer in the last 12 months);
1.2 Sign the contract for the Employment Hero plan with a minimum term of 12 months;
1.3 provide and authorise use of your direct debit details or relevant bank details within 7 days of signing your contract;
1.4 Be a registered business in Australia;
1.5 Select the ‘Start recruiting using our integrated Applicant Tracking System’ feature in the Hero Hub; and
1.6 Launch your Employment Hero platform account with at least 70% of your employees on-boarded as active users of the platform within the Promotion Period with the Applicant Tracking System integrated with:
1.6.1 Seek; and
1.6.2 Swag Jobs
4. Reward
1. By meeting the entry criteria in clause 5, $50 Hero Points will be added to your customer wallet in your Employment Hero account within 30 days.
5. Other Terms and Conditions that apply
1. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions may apply, including Appendix A: Terms for Employment Recognition and Hero Points.
2. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, EH (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in in connection with this Promotion, including any:
(a) technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under EH’s control);
(b) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after EH receipts it) due to any reason beyond EH’s reasonable control;
(d) variation in Price value to that stated in these terms and,
(e) tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.
7. General Terms
1. The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.
2. The Reward is granted ‘as is’ and EH does not provide a warranty of the Reward’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
4. Laws may apply to you or to Employment Hero as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
5. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
