- Provide and authorise use of your direct debit details within 7 days of signing your contract;

- Be a new customer (not have been an Employment Hero customer in the last 12 months) and;

Terms and Conditions
Overview of offer:
The free period begins from the date you sign your contract with us. When you bundle HR and Payroll (excl Standard HR) subscription fees will commence for the month of November 2022, but will not be payable until December 2022. When you subscribe to HR or Payroll exclusively, subscription fees will commence for the month of October 2022, but will not be payable until November 2022.
Payment terms:
Implementation fees are billed upfront and payable in full from the date you receive your first invoice.
Minimum Implementation fees apply.
Additional Implementation fees may apply – subject to Managed Implementation Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions).
Minimum HR and Payroll subscription costs apply. See pricing page (Pricing) for more detail on minimum subscription costs.
Usage charges for SMS and Superannuation processing are not included in the free period. See Payroll Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions) for more information on payment obligations for using these services.
General:
Discounts are not transferable to any other products. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these Terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Severability: If any part or provision of these Terms is invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on the parties.
