We’ve built a respected reputation for blending top-tier clinical care with fashion-forward eyewear, and now we need a hands-on leader to help us take our Macquarie store to the next level.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

  • Coach and motivate a high-performing retail team to smash their KPIs and grow their careers.
  • Use your commercial “know-how” to analyse sales and implement local initiatives that keep the store buzzing.
  • Model exceptional customer service and keep our visual merchandising looking “fashion-forward” and premium.
  • Manage the nitty-gritty, from rostering and stock control to ensuring 100% compliance with safety and company policies.
  • Foster a seamless partnership between our retail stars and our expert clinical team.

Who You Are:

  • You’re an experienced Retail Manager (or a Senior Leader ready to step up) who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’re a people person with a proven track record of inspiring teams and exceeding sales targets.
  • You have a sharp commercial mind and love using data to find growth opportunities.
  • You’re highly organised, a confident decision-maker, and you take pride in your professional, fashion-aligned presentation.
  • You currently hold the legal right to work in Australia on a full-time basis.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in retail management.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing retail teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in sales analysis and strategy implementation.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
