What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

- Coach and motivate a high-performing retail team to smash their KPIs and grow their careers.

- Use your commercial “know-how” to analyse sales and implement local initiatives that keep the store buzzing.

- Model exceptional customer service and keep our visual merchandising looking “fashion-forward” and premium.

- Manage the nitty-gritty, from rostering and stock control to ensuring 100% compliance with safety and company policies.

- Foster a seamless partnership between our retail stars and our expert clinical team.
Who You Are:

- You’re an experienced Retail Manager (or a Senior Leader ready to step up) who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- You’re a people person with a proven track record of inspiring teams and exceeding sales targets.

- You have a sharp commercial mind and love using data to find growth opportunities.

- You’re highly organised, a confident decision-maker, and you take pride in your professional, fashion-aligned presentation.
- You currently hold the legal right to work in Australia on a full-time basis.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in retail management.
- Proven track record of leading and managing retail teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience in sales analysis and strategy implementation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
