The Mission
As our Optical Retail Assistant, you are the face of our brand. You’ll be the person who turns a routine check-up into a personalised styling session. You’ll bridge the gap between clinical precision and high-end retail, ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels like a VIP.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Guide customers through our curated collections, helping them find frames that match their personality, face shape, and lifestyle.
- Confidently explain lens technology and product benefits, making the complex feel simple and exciting.
- Keep our store looking like a high-end gallery. You’ll ensure the environment is visually stunning, welcoming, and organised.
- Support both our clinical and retail teams to ensure a seamless flow from the eye test chair to the final fitting.
- From the first “hello” to the final collection, you’ll deliver a warm, personalised service that keeps our community coming back.
