About the role

You’re a creative, digitally-savvy communicator ready to make a real difference. This role puts social media, graphic design and content creation front and centre, while supporting our broader marketing, fundraising and events activities. In this job, you’ll:

Create powerful content: Write content for social media posts, emails, website content and more, sharing the transformative stories of young people’s journeys. Keep our digital presence fresh, authentic and engaging.

Support campaigns & events: Assist with marketing and fundraising campaigns from concept to delivery. Help coordinate events and fundraiser / donor communications that connect our community to our cause.

Research and optimise: Stay on top of social media trends, audience insights and digital best practices to sharpen our campaigns and strengthen our impact.

Keep things running smoothly: Support our Business Development and Marketing team with internal and external communications, admin tasks, donor onboarding, and maintaining our marketing calendars and systems.
