Community Casual Registered Nurse

Your Nursing Care is a nurse-led community provider supporting clients across aged care, NDIS and private services in the Wide Bay. We are seeking a Casual Registered Nurse who is looking to experience or add community nursing to their skill set!

The Role

• 2-25 hours + per week
• Deliver community-based nursing to a diverse client group including NDIS participants, Aged Care and Private clients
• Conduct comprehensive clinical and holistic health assessments
• Provide wound care (acute, chronic and complex)
• Catheter care and management
• Support short-term leave coverage and planned services
• Participate in an on-call roster
• Fortnightly rotating weekend availability
• Greater autonomy and continuity of care
• Broader scope clinical assessments
• Strong clinical support while developing community skills

A paced, flexible alternative to shift-based hospital work

About You

• AHPRA registered Registered Nurse
• Minimum 12 months post-registration experience
• Clinical assessment skills and foundational wound care experience
• Confidence working independently with clinical escalation pathways
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
