What will you be doing?

• Supporting client-centred daily living (personal care, meals, mobility, meds)

• Joining in on social and recreational activities

• Building genuine connections with clients and their families

• Keeping records and making sure the home is safe, clean, and welcoming

What are we looking for?

• A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care, or similar)

• First Aid + CPR, Driver’s Licence, and all the usual checks (NDIS, WWCC)

• Someone willing to do a variety of shifts, including actives

• Experience with hoisting / manual handling

• Great communication skills and a positive, client and team attitude

• Experience in disability support is a plus, but passion and people skills matter most
