We are currently seeking enthusiastic and community-minded individuals to join our Aquatics team in casual roles across our Darwin facilities.

Available Roles:

Lifeguards

Be responsible for supervising pool areas, ensuring safety, responding to emergencies and maintaining high standards of water safety and customer service.

Duty Managers

Lead shift operations, oversee safety and compliance, support staff on duty and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all facility users.

Customer Service Officers

Be the welcoming face of our centres, supporting front desk operations, managing enquiries and bookings, and assisting with daily administration.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

  • Supervising pool areas and maintaining a safe environment
  • Responding to first aid and emergency situations
  • Ensuring water quality and facility standards meet guidelines
  • Providing outstanding front desk and customer service support
  • Handling bookings, memberships and transactions
  • Supporting daily operations and shift coordination
  • Promoting water safety and community programs
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming facility

About You:

  • Reliable, positive and community-focused
  • Calm under pressure and safety-conscious
  • Customer service driven with strong communication skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • A strong team player with a proactive attitude

Qualifications (Role Dependent)

You will have or be willing to obtain:

  • Working with Children Clearance
  • Satisfactory Criminal History Check
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Pool Lifeguard Certificate – SISSS00133 (for Lifeguards and Duty Managers)
