Continence Product Specialist – 3-Month Fixed Term (Opportunity for Ongoing Role)

We’re a well-established leader in primary healthcare products across Australia and New Zealand. With a long history of success supplying continence products to aged-care providers in New Zealand, we are now expanding this capability into the Australian market and we’re looking for a specialist to help drive this launch.

This is a 3-month fixed-term role to support our initial rollout. As the aged care category grows in Australia, there is strong potential for the role to transition to a permanent opportunity.

What you’ll do

• Provide clinical expertise and continence product education

• Support aged-care providers with product selection, trials and demonstrations

• Build relationships with key clinicians and decision-makers

• Help shape our entry into the Australian aged-care continence segment

• Working closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure the highest quality service delivery

• Identifying growth opportunities and working with internal teams to tailor offerings to client needs

• Act as a liaison between clinical teams and the YES Medical service team

• Stay up to date with industry standards, best practices, and innovations

What we’re looking for

• Experience in continence products, aged care, nursing, or clinical education

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confident presenter and educator

• Someone who enjoys working in a growth environment
