Role Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and enhance the efficiency of our sales processes. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in CRM operations, possess outstanding communication skills for crafting proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), and be able to contribute to webinar planning and execution. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise the CRM platform for the sales team, including data management, automation, and reporting.

Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.

Support the sales and marketing team in their ABM strategy.

Prepare, review, and refine proposals with attention to detail and grammar, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs. Proficiency in PowerPoint will be essential for creating visually appealing proposals using designated templates.

Assist in the creation and customisation of Statements of Work (SOWs), tailoring solutions to meet client requirements while adhering to company policies.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute engaging webinars, contributing to content creation and promotional efforts.

Qualifications:

Experience or familiarity in managing ABM strategy for key accounts, including research, account mapping and strategy execution.

Demonstrated experience in CRM administration and proficiency in utilising its features for sales optimisation.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for grammar and language nuances.

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Previous experience in drafting proposals and SOWs in a sales or consulting environment is preferred.

Familiarity with webinar platforms and experience in webinar planning and execution is advantageous.
