About Yadu Health
Yadu Health Aboriginal Corporation is a not-for-profit, community-controlled health service providing primary health care to Aboriginal communities in Ceduna, Koonibba, and surrounding areas. Operating across four sites, we deliver culturally safe and supportive services through a multidisciplinary team of GPs, nurses, visiting specialists, Aboriginal health workers and support workers, focused on improving community health and wellbeing.

About the Role
Yadu Health is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our Aged Care services team. There are multiple full time, part time and casual positions available for those who are passionate about providing support to the Elders Residents at Seaview Village, and to members of the community in their homes. Our Support Workers are critical in providing Residents and the Elders in our community with care and support to ensure that they have a safe, culturally appropriate, clean, comfortable, and secure living environment.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Communicate effectively with Residents, families, and colleagues, while advocating for Residents’ needs and completing required training.
This role requires someone who is proactive, culturally responsive, and deeply aligned with our mission to support First Nations health outcomes.
About You
You are a compassionate Support Worker who values cultural respect and understands the importance of person-centred care in an Aboriginal community. You bring strong clinical skills, the ability to respond to changing health needs, and a commitment to maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life for residents.
